Prices

All prices on honorestudio.com are listed in Danish kroner or Euro and include Danish VAT (25%). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card via a secure, encrypted SSL connection. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Mastercard Debit. Honoré Studio does not store card details. Payment is only charged when your order is dispatched.

Delivery

We ship with GLS or PostNord. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, as all signs are made to order. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page.

Personalised products and right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As all Honoré Studio signs are individually produced and can be personalised with custom engraving, they are considered made-to-order products. Engraved signs cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all text and details entered at the time of order are correct. Honoré Studio accepts no liability for spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the buyer.

Complaints

A 24-month statutory warranty applies in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects attributable to production or materials. Damage caused by incorrect installation, wear or mishandling is not covered.
