Shipping & Returns
Every sign is made to order in our workshop. Here you'll find everything about delivery, withdrawal and complaints.
Delivery
All signs are made to order and are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. We ship with GLS or PostNord, and you can choose delivery to your address or to a parcel shop near you.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Shipping cost
We offer free shipping throughout Denmark. If your sign needs to be shipped abroad, write to us at hello@honorestudio.com and we'll find the best solution.
Right of withdrawal
Signs without engraving can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. The sign must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Signs with personal engraving are made specifically for you and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law. Please check spelling and layout carefully before ordering — you always see an exact preview in the configurator, and you receive an engraving file with your order confirmation.
Our guarantee: If the engraving isn't as ordered — a misspelling on our part or a deviation from your layout — we remake your sign free of charge. Email hello@honorestudio.com with a photo and we'll sort it out.
How to return
Write to hello@honorestudio.com with your name and order confirmation, and we'll send you return instructions. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll refund the amount to your payment card within 14 days.
Complaints
A 24-month statutory warranty applies under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If you discover a defect attributable to production or materials, we will of course put it right — contact us at hello@honorestudio.com with photos of the issue and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
